How do I plan my tour?
Choose your route, compare Standard and Luxury, then select your departure date and number of travelers. Review the full price and pay securely on our website. Successful payment confirms your booking for an available departure. Departures are unavailable December 24 through January 5.
Where can I start and finish?
Choose Marrakech, Fes or Agadir as your starting city. The ten routes show their duration and final city. Return journeys and one-way journeys have different uses, so check the endpoint before planning onward travel.
Does Luxury mean private transport?
No. Standard and Luxury are camp choices on a shared tour. Standard has shared toilets and showers; Luxury has a private en-suite bathroom and shower, plus air conditioning. For private travel, ask for a separate quote.
How do I enquire about a private tour?
Choose Private on your tour page, add your preferred date and party size, and request a quote. We’ll confirm the price, accommodation and included services in writing.
What is included in the camp stay?
Every route includes a camp night, a sunset camel experience or 4x4 camp transfer instead, breakfast and dinner. Three-day routes also include a hotel night, two breakfasts and two dinners, and sandboarding. Check the individual inclusion list for local guiding and other route differences.
What should I know about the road days?
These are road journeys. The two-day Fes to Marrakech route has a particularly long final transfer. Pickup and arrival estimates can change with traffic, weather, road conditions and group logistics.
What about luggage and accessibility?
A carry-on-sized bag and a small day bag are recommended. Declare extra luggage, dietary needs and mobility requirements before committing so the relevant arrangements can be checked.
What are the payment and cancellation rules?
The full tour price is payable at booking. Successful payment confirms your booking for an available departure. Cancellation is 100% refundable at 14 days or more before departure, 50% from 48 hours to less than 14 days, and non-refundable below 48 hours or for a no-show.
