Your operator

Sahara Horizon Tours is operated by Morocco Desert Voyage LLC. Enquiries, booking questions and complaints can be emailed to contact@saharahorizontours.com.

Full payment and booking confirmation

Choose your tour, Standard or Luxury package, departure date and number of travelers before paying. Departures are unavailable each year from December 24 through January 5 inclusive. A contact enquiry alone does not create a reservation.

The website displays the full tour total before checkout. Your shared-tour booking is confirmed after successful full payment through Stripe.

Full payment

Standard and Luxury tours are paid in full at booking. Each package's price is listed per person, and the amount payable equals that price multiplied by the selected number of travelers. Your booking review displays the total before payment.

Private tours are priced individually. Your written quote will specify the full price, accommodation, included services and payment instructions before you accept.

Shared travel and your information

Standard and Luxury refer to camp accommodation on shared transport. Other travelers may use the same departure and vehicle. Provide accurate traveler, pickup, contact and dietary information. Explain additional luggage or accessibility requirements in advance.

Pickup, accommodation and optional services

Pickup and arrival times are estimates. Traffic, weather, road conditions and group logistics can change them. Where a vehicle cannot reach your accommodation, a nearby accessible meeting point can be arranged.

Accommodation names are confirmed for the trip, with equivalent substitutions possible when needed. Optional services are included only when explicitly listed for your selected arrangements. Check any additional charges before joining an optional activity.

Changes, cancellations and no-shows

Send change or cancellation requests by email. A requested change is subject to confirmation and may affect arrangements or cost; no free-change entitlement is stated. Cancellation refunds are 100% at 14 days or more before departure and 50% from 48 hours to less than 14 days. Less than 48 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. Ground services and support

Transport, guiding, accommodation and camp services may be supplied by independent local providers. Your operator remains Morocco Desert Voyage LLC. Contact the operator for service questions or complaints.
